· You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
· You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
· If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, if this results in damage or deterioration to the product we will charge you for the reduction in value.
· Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service.
· J&S Products will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
· When returning your item(s), please include a letter including your Full Name, Delivery address and order number. This will help us identify your package and process your return as quickly as possible.
· Refunds on all orders returned back to J&S Products are automatically refunded back to the original payment method account. This will be processed within 28 days of the goods being received.
· Exchanges: If you would like a replacement item (alternative size or colour) please ensure the course of action you require is documented within the parcel. The replacement garment will only be sent once the original garment is returned to J&S in a satisfactory condition. You must return the goods to us at your own expense.
· The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify the company of any damage as soon as reasonably possible.
Return Policy For Personalised Goods
The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to personalised goods or “goods made to a consumer’s own specification”. Therefore we are unable to accept returns on any garments that have been personalised.This policy does not affect your legal rights- for example if goods are faulty or we have made an error. If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
